3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, buyers are requested to check the package condition before accepting it.
Any visible damage or tampering should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to WMD Overseas with supporting photos.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case of lost or damaged shipments, WMD Overseas will assist in filing claims with the courier or shipping company.
Compensation or replacement (if applicable) will be processed as per courier terms and product type.
