1. Introduction

At WMD Overseas, we take pride in delivering our products safely and on time to customers across India and around the world. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures for handling, dispatching, and delivering orders for both domestic and international markets.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • Once the order and payment are verified, dispatch arrangements are initiated.

  • Average processing time: 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Customers will receive order confirmation and tracking details via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.


3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Domestic deliveries are handled through reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at the time of checkout or quotation.

  • WMD Overseas is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation strikes, or natural events.


4. International Shipping (Global Market)

  • We ship to most countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

  • Shipments are made under internationally recognized trade terms (Incoterms 2020) such as FOB, CIF, CFR, or EXW, based on buyer agreement.

  • Shipping time may vary between 10–30 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Packaging & Handling

  • All goods are packed using export-grade materials to ensure product safety and freshness during transit.

  • Fragile and perishable items are handled with special care and labeled accordingly.

  • Any special packaging requests must be communicated at the time of order and may involve additional costs.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your shipment is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Buyers can track their shipment directly through the logistics partner’s website or tracking link provided.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, WMD Overseas is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance or documentation issues

  • Weather conditions, port congestion, or shipping line delays

  • Political unrest, strikes, or unforeseen natural disasters

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and updated on revised timelines.


8. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon delivery, buyers are requested to check the package condition before accepting it.

  • Any visible damage or tampering should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to WMD Overseas with supporting photos.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, WMD Overseas will assist in filing claims with the courier or shipping company.

  • Compensation or replacement (if applicable) will be processed as per courier terms and product type.

11. Jurisdiction
