This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our terms and procedures for handling returns, replacements, and refunds for both domestic (India) and international transactions.
1. General Terms
All goods are inspected and verified for quality before dispatch.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of product damage, defect, or dispatch error confirmed by our quality control team.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported for return within the defined time limit.
2. Domestic (India) Orders
Eligibility for Return or Replacement:
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
Returns are applicable only if there is:
Physical damage during transit
Wrong product or quantity shipped
Verified manufacturing or quality defect
Process:
Contact our customer support within 7 days via phone or email.
Provide order details, invoice number, and photos/videos showing the issue.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Upon receiving and verifying the returned goods, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 7โ10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables, or edible products).
Customized or bulk orders made to specific buyer requirements.
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
3. International Orders
Eligibility for Refund/Return:
Returns are accepted only for wrong items, defective products, or shipping damages.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, supported with images or inspection reports.
Due to customs and logistics limitations, returns may not always be feasible; in such cases, replacement shipments or partial refunds will be arranged after evaluation.
Procedure:
Notify our export support team via email with shipment details and evidence of the issue.
After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution:
Replacement, or
Partial/Full Refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
If return shipping is required, charges may be borne by the buyer unless the fault lies with WMD Overseas.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment (bank transfer, online payment, or other agreed channels).
Refunds are processed within 7โ15 business days after confirmation.
For international refunds, currency conversion rates and bank transfer fees may apply and are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or unboxing videos are required for verification.
Once confirmed, a replacement or credit note will be issued as per company policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once goods are shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Important Notes
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction (India).
WMD Overseas reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
