1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all domestic (within India) transactions with WMD Overseas for the supply of agro products, spices, women’s wear, leather products, and dehydration products. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions.
Prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes, freight, and handling charges, unless stated otherwise.
The applicable GST will be charged as per government norms.
3. Payment Terms
100% Advance Payment is mandatory for all domestic orders.
Orders will be processed only after full payment is received and confirmed in our account.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital methods.
No credit facility or post-delivery payment is accepted.
4. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and stock availability.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, location, and logistics.
WMD Overseas is not liable for any delay caused by transporters, strikes, or natural calamities.
Goods once dispatched are under the responsibility of the buyer or the transporter.
5. Quality Assurance
All products are thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch to ensure quality and compliance.
For agricultural and food products, natural variations in color, size, or texture are possible and do not constitute defects.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Once payment is made and order confirmed, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., non-availability of stock), WMD Overseas may offer a replacement or credit note at its discretion.
7. Packaging
Products are packed using industry-standard materials to ensure safety during transit.
Special packaging requests may incur additional costs.
8. Liability
WMD Overseas shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay arising from product use, handling, or transport.
The company’s liability, in any case, is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.
