1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all international trade transactions conducted by WMD Overseas. By placing an export order, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of these terms. All agreements and transactions are governed by international trade standards and applicable laws of India.
2. Products Covered

3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD or any mutually agreed international currency.
Prices are based on current market conditions and are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes, customs duties, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
All international transactions require 100% advance payment unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment should be made via bank transfer (SWIFT/TT) or other approved international payment methods.
Orders will be processed only after receipt and confirmation of full payment.
No shipment will be made on credit or against partial payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery Terms

10. Force Majeure
WMD Overseas shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including war, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or logistic disruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of goods supplied.
WMD Overseas shall not be responsible for consequential or indirect losses incurred by the buyer.
12. Jurisdiction
